Sandra was born in Colombia, has 4 siblings, and currently lives in Boliva. She is a Social Communicator & Publicist, with a master's degree in Film and TV Production. She has a degree in Theology, a Master’s in Cross-Cultural Studies and Societal Development.

She has worked in various television channels, advertising agencies in production, graphic design, training, and corporate communication. She serves in the mobilization for Bible translation and was a Wycliffe missionary, being Director of Communications. She is a pastor and missionary for the Assemblies of God, and a theology teacher.
