Omar is Professional in Administrative Computer Engineering, having trained at the Private University of Santa Cruz de la Sierra - (UPSA) in Santa Cruz, Bolivia. He has studied at the American University in Cairo, Egypt, at Carleton University, Ottawa, Canada and at Harvard Manage Mentor Online. He speaks Spanish, English and Portuguese.


With extensive experience in airport operations and people management at GOL Aerolíneas Inteligentes, he was recognized in 2014 as the First Bolivian to obtain the IATA Diploma in Aviation Studies. He has been responsible for the design and implementation of the Action Plan for the improvement of the Organizational Climate of the Gol Linhas Aereas airport base.

He has been an instructor of leadership and stress management courses and has given regular motivational lectures. He has experience in organizing and managing multicultural work groups with the capacity to work in the social and human development fields.

He has recently taken Training and Specialization Courses at the Online Writers School, Madrid, Spain.
